Hi there! I'm Rachael Ensom and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I love to work with kids and teens and even young adults who are transitioning into adulthood. The first time we meet is always nerve-wracking. I try to make it less stressful with my super witty humor and make conversation around your hobbies, music, friends, maybe some games, etc. We don't have to jump right into your deepest, darkest secrets cause come on! I'm a total stranger! But the idea is that with time, we will get to know each other, and our time together will become a safe space for you to be able to be completely yourself to "lessen your burdens" or in other words, "spill the tea".
